Named after the GroundX Klaytn blockchain platform, a subsidiary of Kakao, the smartphone will display the Klaytn logo when turned on and off.
It is expected that the smartphone will be priced at around $1000. KlaytnPhones buyers will also receive a certain amount of their own Klaytn cryptocurrency.
“KlaytnPhone is another step taken by our company to expand its efforts to accelerate the implementation of cryptocurrencies,” – Samsung.
