The lawsuit was filed against three former employees who founded a new mining company called Poolin. The lawsuit demands $4.3 million in damages from each of the accused.

The convicted founders argued that the clause of non-competing no longer binds them since Bitmain did not pay their dues on time, as was agreed.

A lawsuit has been filed against the Bitmain employees who created a mining company. Let us remind you that the three co-founders left the company around mid-2017. They signed a non-compete clause before that. According to this clause, Bitmain is obliged to pay a monthly compensation of $2,780 within 24 months.
