Bitstamp has chosen the BitGo wallets for secure asset storage. Starting from October 10, the platform will be transferring the money for storage.
The wallet offers 100% cold storage protection in Class III banking repositories. Moreover, assets are protected by a $100 million insurance policy. BitGo supports 200 coins and has $2 billion in wallet and storage assets. The Chief Technology Officer of the exchange, David Osojnik, noted that BitGo is the most reliable partner.
The cryptocurrency exchange Bitstamp has been operating since 2011. The platform was founded in the UK, but the offices are in Luxembourg and New York.
