Japanese Cryptocurrency Exchange

According to an official press release on Rakuten’s website, the new cryptocurrency exchange will be called Rakuten Wallet. At the time of writing this article, the exchange is already available to customers as an Android app. Moreover, trading is available in three well-known cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Bitcoin Cash.

For a higher level of security, the exchange will have a multi-signature system (for working with private keys), and all assets will be stored in cold storage. Client funds will be stored separately from the exchange money. Furthermore, each user will be required to undergo two-factor authentication to enter and withdraw assets.
