Ledger cryptocurrency wallet and Neufund German crypto-company have entered into a partnership with the goal of allowing customers to manage security tokens using the Ledger desktop application.
Ledger's collaboration with the Neufund platform aims to develop a framework for security tokens. Ledger Live, a recently launched desktop crypto-asset management application, will soon add ERC-20 integration. The application will allow participants to manage security tokens issued using the Neufund protocol suite.
Neufund previously teamed up with the BitBay cryptocurrency exchange to allow investors to buy and sell fixed currency coins. While Neufund, sought to become the first platform for the release of security tokens specializing in stock tokens.
Meanwhile, Ledger announced that it has expanded to New York as part of an institutional vault development offering Ledger Vault. Ledger Vault is a form of storage that allows several members of legal entities, such as a hedge fund, to access the same wallet.
Also, in November, the IOTA Foundation, based in Germany, announced that it will integrate IOTA tokens with Ledger's code equipment.
