For all blockchain platforms of China (and those that are distributed to the Chinese audience), 23 articles of regulatory activity have been proposed.

It is worth noting that one of the 23 articles of the Chinese Cyberspace Administration oblige service providers to ask users for their real names, identification card numbers, and valid phone numbers.

As the local newspaper South China Morning Mail (SCMP) reports: "This identification requirement is necessary after a high-profile incident in April, when a Chinese activist published an "open letter" on Ethereum regarding the alleged cover-up of sexual harassment at a prestigious local university."

Restrictions and requirements for the content of blockchain-platforms were introduced as an obligatory part of the so-called "Chinese anti-crypt measures".
