Bitcoin sales through the Cash App have hit a record high

In the third quarter of 2019, Square's Cash App reached record Bitcoin sales. Sales amounted to $148 million, which is 20% more than in the previous quarter, and 245% more than in the third quarter of 2018.

Bitcoin news showed the total BTC sales through the Cash App amounted to about 14,300 BTC.

Also in a letter to investors, Square noted that for the first time during the operation of the Cash App, the number of Bitcoin buyers doubled.
